This is a list of individuals serving in the United States House of Representatives (as of November 13, 2024, the 118th Congress).[1] The membership of the House comprises 435 seats for representatives from the 50 states, apportioned by population, as well as six seats for non-voting delegates from U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. There are currently 433 members.

[edit]- New Jersey 9: Bill Pascrell (D) died on August 21, 2024.[2] There was not a special election.[3]
- Florida 1: Matt Gaetz (R) resigned on November 13, 2024[4] in response to an announcement by President-elect Donald Trump of his intention to nominate Gaetz to the office of United States Attorney General. The special election will be held on a date TBD.
